The first week of school Okeene came to Fairview for a scrimmage. Derrick played on the line and Center. He twisted his ankle towards the end and is still having trouble with it. It was a great evening to start off the football season. The Booster Club fed both teams hamburgers after the scrimmage. Todd helped cook hamburgers since he's the Booster Club Vice President this year. Way to go VP!

Super Fan

Most senior athletes have a "Super Fan" who supports them throughout the year and has a T-shirt made with their name and number on it and does special things for them before games.

Dani is Derrick's "Super Fan" for football and baseball!

Day Before Senior Year Starts

We had to take several pictures of Derrick the day before school started to have a picture for the Senior Sports Program Ad. It was last minute and it was the night we thought Toby (our cat) was going to die from a reaction to his annual shots. A very traumatic night! He's fine but these are the pics from the night. They turned out pretty good for armature photographers like Janell and myself!
